I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, with an above-average bathroom setup, but otherwise unexceptional. The service was exceptional, from the friendly and efficient staff to the convenient amenities provided. The location was fantastic, close to everything one would want to see and do in Philly. The dining experience was outstanding, offering a variety of high-quality options. Overall, a great value for the money.

I had a fantastic time staying at the hotel in November. The delay in getting our rooms was a bit of a drawback, but overall, the rooms with nice stylistic touches were comfortable. The service was unbelievably attentive and friendly, especially with assistance in contacting FedEx for a delayed package. The location, although parking could be improved, was awesome with nearby shops and restaurants. The dining experience was delicious and quite upscale, although I wished there were more fresh fruit options.
